Online Reservations can only be made with a valid credit card or PayPal account.
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours after making the reservation.
AVAILABILITY
The travel products and services sold through Berlincitytours.com are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when payment is received.

We kindly request you to carefully check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.
Cancellation between a week and 48 hours prior to departure date: 50% of the total amount plus administration fees which may be imposed
Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to departure date : 100% of the total amount
No show: no restitution
Cancellation more than 1 month before departure date : only administration fees
Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to departure date : 100% of the total amount

After making the reservation and payment of the booking, you need to print a page which indicates your transaction number. You will receive a printable voucher which states :

your name(s), departure time(s), departure point and transaction number.
Your reservation is then guaranteed. Your voucher serves as proof for the services booked by you.
